May 22 - Sept 2 $149 per person/day, each additional person $25/day, kids under 12 $10/day
Sept 3 - Dec 16 $139 per person/day, each additional person $20/day, kids under 12 $10/day
Dec 17 - Jan 13 $175 per person/day, each additional person $35/day, kids under 12 $10/day
Monthly Rentals $6000 - $7500, up to 8 people
